  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly in a small strainer or possibly by running fresh water over the quinoa in a pot. Drain.
  2. Put quinoa and water in 1 1/2 quart. saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook till all water is absorbed (10-15 min). When done, the grain appears translucent/soft and the germ ring will be visible.
  3. Yield: 4 c..
