Ingredients
- 1 can spinach, liquid removed 5 slices bacon, minced
- 1 x onion, diced 1 can sliced potatoes, liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp marjoram (opt) 1/4 tsp thyme
Directions
- Fry bacon and onion in skillet, till onion is tender. Add in potatoes and thyme, and cook till potatoes are browned. Add in spinach, and heat throughout.
