Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c.)
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 (20 ounce) can pumpkin
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 large eggs
2/3 c. lowfat milk

Directions

Mix cake mix, egg and butter. Press into 13x9 inch pan. Mix filling, pour over crust. Sprinkle with the reserved 1 cup cake mix and bake at 350Â°F. for 45-50 min.When cooled, cake can be optionally topped with Cool Whip.
