Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless pork loin roast
- Â Â Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 1/2 lb Alfalfa sprouts
- 1 x Ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 x Cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1 x Ripe tomato, sliced
- 4 ounce Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 x Green pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 1 x 1-lb. loaf French or possibly Italian brea
- 4 Tbsp. Bottled Italian dressing
Directions
- Rub roast with coarsely grnd pepper, place in shallow roasting pan.
- Roast, uncovered, at 325deg F. for 45 min to one hour, till meat thermometer registers 155-160F.
- Remove from oven and let roast rest for 10 min before slicing.
- Slice bread lengthwise. Build sandwich by layering sandwich ingredients in desired order, and sprinkle with dressing.
