Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 c. Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 x (14-ounce.) can Artichoke Hearts, liquid removed and quartered
  • 1 x (5-ounce.) package sliced Pepperoni, cut up into smaller pcs
  • 1 x (2-ounce.) can sliced Ripe Olives, liquid removed
  • 4 x Frankfurter or possibly Warm Dog Buns, split
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix the creamy Italian salad dressing and the grated Parmesan cheese together
  2. In a large bowl. Add in the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pepperoni, and ripe olives; toss to blend. Prepare the oven for broiling.
  3. Place the buns, cut sides up, on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil the tops of the buns about 6 inches from the heat for about 5 min, or possibly till toasted golden brown. Spoon the pepperoni mix onto the toasted buns. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese. Broil for 3 or possibly 4 min, or possibly till the cheese is warm and bubbly.
