- 3 x to 4 c. cleaned spinach, torn into bite-sized pcs
- 1 x Ruby Red grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 1 x navel orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 x red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- Â Â Bottled Poppy Seed Dressing
Directions
- Arrange the spinach on salad plates and fan orange and grapefruit sections on top. Arrange the rings of onion on top, sprinkle with the almonds and drizzle with the bottled dressing to serve.
