My boyfriends grandmother introduced me to this recipe. I adore it! It is so simple, even your children can help.
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 table spoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups or shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
Directions
- Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese together in a baking dish.
- In a seperate bowl, crushed crackers and mix in the butter.
- Top the pineapple mixture with the cracker mixture and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
