Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. frzn coconut
- 1 quart. half and half
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs, beaten well
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon rum flavoring
Directions
- Mix Eagle Brand lowfat milk, sugar and Large eggs in large bowl. Beat well; add in cream and half and half. Add in remaining ingredients. Place in ice cream freezer.
