  • 2 pound peppers (use red and green together for a dramatic presentation)
  • 1 sm. dry chili pepper pod for each jar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 6-7 tbsp. salt

Directions

  1. Slice, core and seed peppers. Pack into jars. Add in pepper pods and garlic (optional). Dissolve salt in water. Add in vinegar and fill jars. Ready in about 7-10 days.
