2 Tbsp. flour
1Â 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. turkey pan drippings or possibly turkey broth
1/2 c. minced cooked turkey giblets

Directions

Combine Turkey Gravy Mix and flour in a medium saucepan. Using a whisk, gradually stir in water, turkey drippings and turkey giblets.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened.
This recipe yields 2 1/4 c..
Yield: 2 1/4 c.
