Directions

  1. Roast and Grind these items Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Roasted-Gram, Fennel
  2. Take a vessel and add Ginger Garlic paste, Salt and Lemon juice. Add Mudroom and Mix well.
  3. Add the Powdered items and Mix well
  4. Add corn Flour and Onion rings and Mix well. If necessary add few drop of water.
  5. Deep Fry the mixture in hot oil and add curry leaves and cashew-nuts
  6. Serve Hot.
