Directions

  1. In a saute pan add some canola oil and the sliced strips of peppers and gently cook to soften, add beef strips (cut against the grain) and cook 4 minutes, add beef stock and corn starch and stir on medium high heat
  2. Once thickened reduce heat to simmer
  3. Plate cook rice (of your choice) add beef & peppers on top
  4. Enjoy!
