  1. TOPPING:Cream sugar and butter till soft and smooth. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in sifted ingredients alternately with lowfat milk. Mix in egg whites beaten stiff. Pour into large baking pan. Mix topping together till it forms pea-sized crumbs. Blend in pecans. Spread over the top of batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 min. Cut into squares.
