Ingredients

1 c. Sugar
2 c. Sifted flour
3 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1/3 c. Soft butter
1 x Egg
1 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Minced pecans
2 Tbsp. Soft butter
1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together. Add in butter, egg and lowfat milk. Beat well, about 2 min. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake mix. Bake for 35 to 40 min.
