  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, 20 ounce.
  • 1 pkt Orange jello, 6 ounce
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 can Cold whip, 8 ozs, thawed

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil. Remove from the heat; add in gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add in buttermilk and mix well. Cold to room temperature. Mix in whipped topping. Pour into an 11 inch x 7 inch dish. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Cut into squares.
