1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grnd allspice
1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
2 large eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. minced nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 T lowfat milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except raisins and nuts in an ungreased square pan with fork till moistened. Stir till well blended and then add in raisins and nuts. Bake till toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with glaze.
