- 1/2 c. Chives finely minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. Basil finely minced
- 2 c. Rice vinegar
- 3 c. Lite soy sauce (is not vegan unless you use a vegan soy sauce substitute)
- 7 c. Orange juice

- My company cafeteria offers this dressing as a salad bar favorite:
- Makes 1/2 gallon (remember this is a cafeteria recipe!)
- Chop it, mix it, serve it!
- Feel free to try this in smaller portions - cut recipe in 1/2 or possibly 1/3.
