Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb Sole fillets
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 can (3 1/2oz) sliced almonds
- Â Â (minced but not grnd)
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 slc Fresh lime
Directions
- Sprinkle sole with pepper & paprika. Dip sole in lowfat milk; coat both sides with almonds. Heat butter in skillet over med high heat.
- Arrange fillets on bottom of pan, close together but not overlapping.
- Fry about 5-7 min, turning once till almonds are golden on both sides & fish flakes easily with fork. Use spatula to transfer to serving platter. Arrange lime slices on top.
