Ingredients
- 1 x Wild goose - (6- to 8-lbs) cleaned
- Â Â Prune Stuffing see * Note
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash goose thoroughly and sprinkle inside well with salt and pepper. Stuff lightly and truss; prick skin well with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 2 3/4 to 3 hrs, or possibly till tender.
