Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans with chilies
- 2 med. container lowfat sour cream
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 2 bunches scallions, minced
- 1 sm. can black olives, sliced or possibly minced
- 1 sm. can chilies
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese & Colby, shredded
- 1 pkg. nachos
Directions
- 1. Layer refried beans (mix 1/2 can of chilies).2. Lowfat sour cream
- 3. Mix tomatoes, scallions, black olives and chilies; place on lowfat sour cream.
- 4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and refrigerate in refrigerator. When ready to serve place nacho around dip.
