  1. Boil potatoes with skins on. When done, peel skins off and cut into bite-size pcs. Boil egg 10 min. When done, peel and cut up into bite-size pcs. Cut the celery up into bite-size pcs. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
