Ingredients
- 6 med. potatoes
- 6 boiled Large eggs
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 stalks celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes with skins on. When done, peel skins off and cut into bite-size pcs. Boil egg 10 min. When done, peel and cut up into bite-size pcs. Cut the celery up into bite-size pcs. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
