Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 2 c. cubed leftover beef
- 1 c. cubed leftover potatoes
- 1 c. cubed leftover carrots
- 1 c. green peas
- 4 slices dry bread, cubed
- 1 c. gravy
Directions
- Brown celery, onions and peppers in warm fat. Add in meat, potatoes, carrots and peas. Add in gravy and season to taste. Top with crumbs browned in butter. Bake in casserole 375 degrees, 30 min.
