Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 15 ounce Package cornbread mix

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs in medium bowl; beat in lowfat milk, butter and cornbread mix. Pour into greased 8-c. baking dish or possibly spring-form pan. Place in slow-cooking pot and cover with several paper towels. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs.
