Directions

  1. Cut cored, peeled apples in rings. Combine sugar, water, cinnamon candies and food color. Bring to a boil, boil 3 min. Add in apples to syrup, cook till transparent.
  2. Pack in warm jars. Cover with syrup. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 25 min.
