water (called for on box)
strong coffee
dash vanilla
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate covered coffee beans

Directions

prepare cupcakes as directed, substituting half the water for the coffee and adding splash vanilla.
for the frosting, blend cream, sugar, and vanilla together on high until thick. add powdered sugar by the tsp. until its a spreading consistancy.
spread or pipe the frosting on the cupcakes.
decorate with coffee beans.
