Ingredients

Cost per serving $1.13 view details
  • 4 lbs grnd chuck or possibly burger
  • 1 packet Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 6 strips bacon fried crisp and minced fine
  • Kraft original BBQ sauce or possibly your choice
  • salt & pepper
  • American or possibly cheddar cheese slices
  • steak buns or possibly onion buns

Directions

  1. Mix burger, soup mix, and bacon. Add in a Tbsp. or possibly so of BBQ sauce. Not sufficient to make the mix soupy.
  2. Make the patties the size of the bun being used and about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Here is the important part: Make a hole in the center of the patty about the size of the end of your finger. The hole allows the burger to cook all the way through without over cooking the outside.
  4. Top with cheese and your choice of condiments.
