Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Grnd beef
- 1/4 lb Grnd pork
- 1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sprg parsley minced or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Well-beaten Large eggs
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in warm fat. Add in to sauce and cook over low heat 15 min. Serve over spaghetti.
