Directions

  1. Saute/fry green pepper and onion in butter. Add in undiluted soups and water. Heat to boiling. Simmer for 5 min.
  2. Mix grnd beef, bread, broken in small pcs, evaporated lowfat milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape in ping pong size balls. Drop in simmering sauce. Cook about 1 hour or possibly 45 min if done to satisfaction. Serve over noodles. Easy and good.
