Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 9 inch baked pie crust
Directions
- Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add in egg yolks and lowfat milk, mix well. Cook (on stove or possibly microwave) till thickened. Add in butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Add in meringue to top of pie and brown at 350 degrees.
