Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry wine
- Flank steak about 2 pound
Directions
- Make sauce of salt, cinnamon, sugar, soy sauce and sherry wine. Spread sauce on both sides of steak with a large spoon. Let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Put on warm grill, 5 min per side. Slice thin on a slant and serve.
