Ingredients
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato puree
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup freshly minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Satue garlic in oil and cook lightly for 1 minute.
- Add the puree and diced tomaotes and cook over medium heat until just thickened.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and add basil and parsley. Pan up.
