Ingredients

  • 300 ml Creme fraiche or possibly good lowfat sour cream, (10fl ounce)
  • 1 x Ripe mango, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 x Roasted chillies, finely diced Half a medium red onion Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the creme fraiche, mango, chille and onion. Season to taste.
  2. Chill up to 1 day.
  3. Makes about 375ml.
