Ingredients

  • 2 wrapped stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn orange juice, thawed
  • 2 (11 ounce.) cans mandarin oranges, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 1/2 c. to sprinkle on top. Pack remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix Cold Whip, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, orange juice and oranges together. Spoon over crust and sprinkle 1/2 c. crumbs on top. Chill. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
