Ingredients
- 1. 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
- 2. 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3. 1/4 c. sliced celery
- 4. 1/4 c. minced onion
- 5. 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Bisquick baking mix
- Mayonnaise
- 1 egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix 1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix, 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing and 1 egg. Stir in 1 to 5 ingredients above and spread over 6 slices of bread. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet till puffy and golden (about 10 min). Serve immediately.
