Ingredients

  • 6 sm. red potatoes
  • Ranch dressing
  • Bacon bits
  • Freeze dry chives

Directions

  1. Cut a strip of peeling all around each potato. (Some peeling will remain.) Boil potatoes till tender. Remove from water on to a serving dish. Spoon sufficient Ranch dressing over each potato to lightly cover. Sprinkle bacon bits and then chives over Ranch dressing. Serve hot.
