Directions

  1. Saute/fry the onion and green pepper with the cloves in water till soft.
  2. Remove the cloves. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6 hrs or possibly low for 8-10 hrs.
  3. Pretty simple! It's nice to come home at the end of the day and have everything ready. I did the lima beans in the slow cooker the night before so all I had to do was add in everything else to them.
