  • 1 pkt Lemon cake mix (w/o pudding)
  • 1 pkt Lemon or possibly vanilla pudding *
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Poppy seed
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 c. Water, hot
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar Lemon juice

Directions

  1. * Instant Put cake mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, poppy seed, oil and hot water in large mixing bowl. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Put in greased and sugared bundt pan and bake at 350-degrees about 45 min or possibly till done. Let cake cold in pan for 10 min. Remove cake from pan, invert and immediately drizzle with glaze made by mixing together powdered sugar and sufficient lemon juice to make a thin glaze.
