Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Betty Crocker lemon, velvet cake mix
  • 1 pkt lemon Jello
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil

Directions

  1. Mix dry cake mix and dry lemon Jello. Add in oil, Large eggs, and 1/2 of water.
  2. Beat well, then add in rest of water. Beat again. Bake at 350 degrees till begins to leave sides of pan. Remove from oven and immediately prick top of cake all over with fork. Drizzle over the top slowly, a mix of 1 box powdered sugar mixed with 5 ounces lemon juice.
  3. Makes a 9x13-inch cake. Delicious!
