Ingredients
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 2 med Scallions, finely minced
- 1 pkt Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and minced
- 1 pkt Cream cheese (8oz)
- 1 x Celery stalk, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Best Food mayonnaise
Directions
- Dissolve tomato soup and cream cheese over a low heat. Remove from heat.
- Mix together the gelatin and water. Mix all the ingredients together and put into a mold or possibly pan. Refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs. Serve with various types of crackers - Ritz are excellent.
- NOTE: Don't cover with foil. Areaction of the foil and the tomato soup causes holes to create in the foil!
