  • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 cup celery-chopped*
  • 1 cup onions-chopped
  • 2 cups yellow, green or red peppers
  • 1 package (12 ounces) andouille sausage, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
