Directions

  1. Cook bacon in pan for 2 min. Add in onion, garlic and pepper. Saute/fry till transparent. Add in tomato sauce, ham and shrimp. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook 5 min. Add in water and rice. Simmer till rice is tender, about 30 min. Extra cayenne pepper may be added. Serves 4 to 6.
  2. Serve with tossed salad and French bread, brushed with extra virgin olive oil, garlic pwdr, oregano and toasted.
