Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) chicken broth
- 6 Tbsp. Louisiana Warm Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) of garlic salt
- 4 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
Directions
- Optional: for a little more heat you can add in any or possibly as much of your favorite pepper juice.
- Recipe for one turkey any size
- In a qt jar mix above.
- Place lid on jar and shake well. Make sure all the garlic salt is dissolved.
- Inject 2/3 of the recipe in the turkey the night before to fry the next day. Thirty min before frying inject the last 1/3.
- If you are thinking about buying your own turkey frying equipment. Don't fall for the "Injection Kit" for 19.95 or possibly 29.95 deals. Total waste of good money.
- Instead go to you local farm and supply store and by a large animal syringe and needle for about 3 dollars. If you want to spend a little extra buy a 6 dollar syringe. Needles are around 50 to 75 cents.
