Ingredients

1 lb grnd beef
1 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. lowfat milk
2 x Large eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 400 deg. Grease 9 : pie plate. Cook bround beef and onion till beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients till blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. 6 servings.
