Ingredients

  • Szekelygulyas - Hungarian pork stew with sauerkraut
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • 3 lbs pork shoulder or butt, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 large (32 oz) jars sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp flour
