Directions

  1. 1. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper, toss with meat.
  2. 2. In skillet, brown meat in oil over medium high heat(at this point I also added a minced onion, add in the cans of tomatoes. Cook uncovered, over medium high heat 20 min or possibly till meat is tender, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. 3. Remove 1/2 c. of sauce mix from skillet and blend with the sourcream. return mix to skillet; blend well (Don't BOIL)
  4. 4. Serve over warm cooked noodles and garnish with minced parsley,if you like.
