Ingredients: 1 x roasted warm pepper finely chopped; 2 lb sweet potatoes cooked, pureed; 1 tsp garlic pwdr; 5 c. chicken stock defatted; 2 x roasted red bell peppers minced; 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon; 1 c. skim lowfat milk

Ingredients

1 x roasted warm pepper finely chopped
2 lb sweet potatoes cooked, pureed
1 tsp garlic pwdr
5 c. chicken stock defatted
2 x roasted red bell peppers minced
1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
1 c. skim lowfat milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except lowfat milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 min. Add in lowfat milk. Heat through and serve.
