Ingredients
- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
Directions
- In a one qt saucepan, heat butter and chocolate. In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil and add in to chocolate. Next, stir in sugar and corn syrup and simmer for 8 min. Keep sauce hot till ready to serve.
