Ingredients
- 3 x Boned chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 med Head cabbage
Directions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pcs. Cook the cabbage in microwave or possibly on top of the stove till still slight- ly crisp. Sprinkle the chicken breasts lightly with ginger, salt and pepper and brown in oil. Add in the cooked cabbage, cover and steam just a few min. Add in the lowfat sour cream, stir and serve. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
