Ingredients
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly oil
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Uncooked oatmeal
- 1/4 c. Oat bran
- 3 Tbsp. Small grain barley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
Directions
- This is for the ABM but you can also make it by hand and bake @ 375 35 min. My friend tried it with whole wheat bread flour and said it was fantastic but I cannot find which around here so haven't been able to try it which way.
- Select [wheat] on menu, baking control [light], 1 1/2 loaf lb. setting.
- Add in all ingredients with liquids first, dry ingredients next (or possibly different if your ABM uses different procedures for breadmaking).
