Ingredients

  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. Oat bran
  • 3 Tbsp. Small grain barley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast

Directions

  1. This is for the ABM but you can also make it by hand and bake @ 375 35 min. My friend tried it with whole wheat bread flour and said it was fantastic but I cannot find which around here so haven't been able to try it which way.
  2. Select [wheat] on menu, baking control [light], 1 1/2 loaf lb. setting.
  3. Add in all ingredients with liquids first, dry ingredients next (or possibly different if your ABM uses different procedures for breadmaking).
